Here’s what team Innovex has been up to.
We Opened a New London Office
As part of our growth plans, we opened a new London Office in the centre of the UK’s Tech hub. This move was driven by our Newest Delivery Lead, Jan Jones.
This strategic move allowed us to increase the brand awareness for Innovex, increasing the opportunity to support more Technology, Fintech, Cybersecurity and SaaS businesses with their leadership hiring. We are also supercharging our internal hiring growth plans, expanding on our current team with more Senior Consultants, Business Development Managers and a Head of Sales.

Innovex Turned Two
This September was Innovex’s Second Birthday and was an excellent opportunity for both offices to come together to celebrate 730 days of Innovex in style. How? By going back to where it all began, in an office above our favourite pub.

We Welcomed Brooke Carter to the Team
At the start of September, we proudly welcomed our new Team Coordinator, Brooke. Brooke has years of experience in the Executive Search industry, supporting Consultants with their admin and working with Clients to organise their interview frameworks.
Brooke will be working closely alongside Jake and Jan to assist with organising Candidate interviews for Clients, reports and much more.
After working for traditional Executive Search Firms, Brooke is excited to be working for a Firm who are disrupting the traditional industry.
