SITUATION
Lepaya is a world-leading E-learning company helping organisations worldwide empower their teams and improve their overall capabilities by virtual upskilling.
CHALLENGE
In 2022, Lepaya secured a Series B investment and was focusing on scaling its business in the DACH, Nordics and UK regions.
To do this, they needed to ensure they had integrated the right processes, systems, and data resources.
SOLUTION
Lepaya needed to hire a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to manage, improve and grow its overall marketing, business development, account, sales excellence and revenue operations.
OUTCOME
Jake Parish and the Innovex team began Lepaya’s CRO search.
To begin the search, Jake and his team identified and approached over 70 individuals who had the relevant experience Lepaya required and achieved a market-leading 60% engagement rate.
Then, to identify whether these engaged candidates were suitable for Lepaya, Jake undertook an in-depth interview with each candidate, providing more context regarding the role and learning more about each candidate’s capabilities, experience and skill set. From this conversation, he began shortlisting candidates who matched at least 70% of Lepaya’s candidate brief.
Four weeks after beginning the search, Jake presented the shortlist to Lepaya, and the final interview rounds immediately began. During these interviews, Jake took the time to advise the Lepaya hiring team throughout the shortlist interviewing rounds and gave feedback to each candidate to ensure they had as much information regarding where they stood in the process.
Once all final interview rounds were completed, Nick Guerds accepted the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Since beginning his journey at Lepaya, Nick has exceed expectations and has therefore become the Chief Commercial Officer for the business.
